A student enrollment management system turns an admitted child into an enrolled student. It creates the student record, collects and verifies documents, allots a class and section, assigns fees, transport and hostel, activates parent and student accounts, and then manages every promotion, transfer and withdrawal until the student leaves the school.

The moment a parent accepts the offer and pays the admission fee, the student record is created with a unique admission number, using everything from the admission form.
Parents upload birth certificate, previous report card, TC and photographs from their phone. The office verifies each one with a click and sees at a glance what is still missing.
Students are allotted to sections in bulk, with capacity limits, gender balance and sibling rules applied. Roll numbers follow automatically.

Yes. You can import new students from the admissions module or an Excel sheet, then allot sections, assign fee plans and routes and send app logins to a whole class in one action.
Schoollog uses final results and your promotion rules to move students to the next class and section together. Exceptions such as detentions or pending results are flagged for review before you confirm.
Yes. Parents upload documents from their phone through a secure link, and the office verifies each one. Families with missing documents get automatic reminders.
When a withdrawal is approved and dues and clearances are checked, Schoollog generates the TC from existing student data in your school's format, numbers it and keeps a copy in the student's record.
Yes. Student records hold the fields needed for UDISE+ and APAAR ID, and Schoollog shows which records are incomplete so you can fix them before the deadline.
Yes. Section, stream and campus transfers update the timetable, teachers, attendance, fees and transport together, and the full history stays on the student's record.
